Client: E. 73rd Street, New YorkPrivate Residence
Designed for a single owner, this 2,400 sf, triplex apartment in a new condominium development on East 73rd Street will be breathtakingly full of air and light. Working closely with the building architects, TCA has designed a soaring, dramatic space with a double-height entry foyer and a large living room with a custom fire-trough along the length of the space. The master bath and bedroom on the mezzanine are separated from the den by a glass wall that becomes opaque for privacy when the owner chooses. On the third level, a lounge looks out onto a completely landscaped roof terrace and sun-deck.
