This residence expands an existing building on a charming block of West Broadway, but will enhance the block because it is being designed with a sense of proportion and appropriate scale. Adding four stories, as-of-right, to the existing two-story brick structure will allow for a luxurious single-family home that will feature a two-car garage, 50-foot indoor lap pool, indoor gym, and offices for both parents in addition to 6 bedrooms and 7 baths. On the second floor a kitchen, dining room, living room and pool room look out onto a landscaped courtyard with steps up to the larger main garden on the third floor.
