Every design gesture in this residence was made to open and enhance the overwhelming view of the city, and to create a visually clean space to entertain. Polished white quartz floors are complimented by high-gloss walls and lacquered columns. Inside the columns reside a number of televisions, which are able to emerge from the sides on an extension arm with the use of a remote control.

Turett’s plan pushes all of the services and "inside" spaces to the interior of the apartment, toward the building core, leaving living space at the perimeter and window walls. The wall between the hall and the master bedroom is made of sliding glass engineered to retract to allow maximum visibility. The result is a space with endless possibilities.
