Fully renovated townhome where joie de vivre is the guiding design principle.

 

This client brought an eclectic collection of large-format art pieces, a passion for entertaining, and a taste for exotic and lively textures to this gut renovation in Manhattan's Upper West Side. We made the core of the house a 4-story wall of heavily textured tree bark, and built the common space as a two-story affair with a mezzanine overlooking a 20-ft tall media screen.
