This 1800’s Anglo-Italianate townhouse located in the heart of Greenwich Village, was once the home of Edward L. Godkin, founder and editor of ‘The Nation’.
This townhouse renovation designed by The Turett Collaborative will include an elevator, walnut floors throughout, eco-friendly LED light fixtures, a master suite sauna, cellar-level gym complete with a 20 foot lap pool and steam room. In addition, Turett has designed a landscaped backyard, roof decks, and 2nd floor terraces. These renderings are just a small preview of how much work will go in to helping to bring this storied townhouse back to life as an elegant single family home.
