Last week Wayne was invited to attend a workshop at BSH Home Appliances. Since TTC specifies so many Gaggenau appliances for projects (including Wayne’s Passive House project in Greenport) BSH invited him to attend and learn more about making the most of these top of the line machines in the kitchen. The chef made the most of Gagganeu’s freezer capabilities to make ice cream in record time as dessert.
