Our Waverly Place Project is ROBB REPORT's "Home of the Week"

Our Waverly Place project was featured as Robb Report‘s “Home of the Week,” where agent Rachel Glazer told the story of the project’s varied history: Originally built as a single family home and converted into apartments in later decades, our architects had the job of renovating the 140-year-old building back to its original use for a new owner.

Nearly ten years later, with the coordination of the TTC team, archeologists (more on that in the article), and the Landmarks Commission, the unprecedented project was complete with three landscape outdoor areas, a swimming pool, and a walk-in wine cellar.

Thank you to David Kaufmann and Rachel Glazer for this fun feature!
