CITY BAKERY

An iconic Union Square hub beloved for their croissants and hot chocolate.

TTC designed a spare and industrial interior at the original City Bakery, which was a revolutionary look at the time, but it accurately reflected the owner, Maury Rubin’s, approach to his baking and his products: this wasn’t your mother’s bakery. That prototype informed the second location when the store moved, as well as the new store in Santa Monica.
