The second incarnation of Amanda Cohen's wildly popular restaurant, Dirt Candy, that showcases the chef's playful and theatrical approach to vegetarian cuisine. 


TTC had the opportunity to work with Amanda Cohen, one of the foremost chefs in the nation, to realize the second and larger outpost of her acclaimed restaurant, Dirt Candy. The much larger space allowed for the kitchen to be located in the middle of the space reinforcing the notion that the art of cooking is akin to performance art.


Structural beams and columns were left exposed as they form the armature upon which the kitchen and surrounding bar seating are supported. Exposed brick walls of the space were painted white as a canvas to a mural of wild flowers.
