The New York Post reported today that the E13th apartment designed by Turett Collaborative Architect has changed hands. The sad news is the new owner has decided to remodel and remove the slide. The slide will have one last hoorah as the new owner has said he will throw a slide party before he begins the renovation. The fate of the slide is not yet known, but the new owner has said he wants to donate it to charity.
