We have already written about this, but the Slide apartment has been sold and the new owner has announced plans to renovate the space and remove the slide. While we all know that all good things come to an end, we were touched by the out kind outpouring that accompanied this news. Recently Curbed named the Galfond Apartment the most missed listing of 2013. Thanks, we agree.

It has been a while since we have written, but it is not because we have had little to talk about. On the contrary we have been so busy nobody has had time! The short list:
1.) Bush Terminal is under construction and moving FAST! We will upload pictures soon. 2.)23 Downing is nearing completion. 3.)129 Charles was just approved by Landmarks.
