Another Turett Collaborative project is off the market! 146 Waverly Place recently sold for 23.3 million dollars – that’s more than double what it sold for in 2013 and is an 84% increase in price per square foot value. Principal Architect Wayne Turett and his team worked closely with client Ascend Builders to create a design solution that opened up the space – adding an additional 800 square feet, while still maintaining the historical integrity of this century-old townhouse. Thanks to the New York Times and The Real Deal for the features!
